:-) reminds me of when I first went vegetarian as a teenager and would go into McDonalds in Adelaide, Australia, and ask for a burger without the burger - I'm old enough to remember the days when they didn't have a veggie burger ... but you're absolutely right: it's definitely shit in a bun whatever you order ...
