Exciting Update

I know, I know, the last post I did was called 'Update' but I'm getting desperate, and I completely lack originality as far as post titles go.

So, what is this exciting update? Well, there are two, really.

1# I am moving back to Christchurch! For those of you who have been readers for awhile, you might have seen my post here about the 6.3 magnitude earthquake in Christchurch, forcing me to move to Wellington, the capital of New Zealand. My adventures in Wellington thus far are detailed here. Anyway, after 6 months, we are finally moving home. When we moved we didn't know how long we were going to stay, but at that time a lot of things have come to light. Let me elaborate. When I was living in Christchurch, I didn't really like it. A lot of kids hate their hometowns, and I really wasn't an exception. I couldn't wait to get out. Looking back, I see that I didn't appreciate the beauty that was around me. They say you have to lose something for you to appreciate what you have, and that is definitely the case. Living in Wellington has been a great (but painful) experience, and I am so glad I had this opportunity, but I am so relieved to be going home.

Beautiful views of Wellington

2# if you read my last post here, you probably saw that I'd actually added some cooked food into my diet. While I was ok-ish with that (it wasn't ideal), my mum said we really should eat some cooked vegan food until we got home, due to the high prices of organic food in Wellington. However, my heart always yearns to be 100% raw, and I decided that I would! For the past 3 days, I have been 100% raw, and I'm loving it! I always feel great, I have increased energy, my body cooperates with me, and my stomach is always really flat when I'm raw haha. We have a lot of food, but we always seem to buy 'new food', so I'm doing my best to use the food we have. As a result, I have been trying so many new meals! I've been having Chia Porridge/Pudding for breakfast, and I've also started making wilted Kale salads (thank you, Russell James!) We've also been putting our dehydrator to good use and making heaps of crackers, and I've also taken a liking to Strawberry ice cream recently. Our camera isn't very good, so I haven't been taking photos, but I intend to start posting more recipes and photos on this blog.

Anyway, my posting might cease again (no surprise) for awhile, too busy packing, studying for exams and practice exams, and seeing family and friends before leaving.

Peace,
Felic x

Organic in Wellington

So far I have to say that I LOVE living in Wellington. And since yesterday, I have been feeling more that way than ever!

Yes, yesterday I discovered paradise. Commonly known as Commonsense Organics. A huge organic food store, with everything I'd ever dreamed of.

The person holding the trolley is my mum HAHAH ;D

They had so much fruit and vegetables, not even joking! They had everything I'd ever dreamed of. And it was all organic too -- SCORE.

And then we stumbled on THIS.

Nearly everything on this shelf was Raw. Raw chocolates in every flavor imaginable, Grawnolas, Macaroons, Crackers, not to mention all those super cool ingredients that I have been wanting to find forever so I can try some recipes. AND CACAO NIBS.

This was all the stuff we decided to get in the end.

We enjoyed our feast sitting beside the water front (sort of) and looking at Mt Victoria.

Stay tuned for more of Felic's Wellington Adventures!

Peace and Raw Food,
Felic

Felic eats a Raw Italian Feast

My beautiful friend Meredith A.K.A. Padmapani Little Sky asked me to try some of her recipes from her new eBook 'Raw Italian Feast'.

They all looked SOOO good! I had a difficult time choosing just a few! Her eBook at a glance is exquisite. I have always loved her photographs, and her recipes are always exceptional. The great thing was that when I was looking through the eBook, I realized that I wouldn't actually need to buy too many ingredients, we already had a lot of them, which is always a fantastic bonus :D

So I planned a Raw Italian Feast with:

Stuffed Baby Bella Mushrooms
Al Dente Zucchini Pasta, with Mama Meat-less Meat Sauce
Pizzelle Ice Cream

The first item on the menu was the entrée of Stuffed Baby Bella Mushrooms.

Stuffed Baby Bella Mushrooms with Zesty Italian Cheese

These are so incredibly easy to make, and the taste... oh the taste. I was trying to figure out why they were so amazing when I was eating them. Was it the soft warm mushroom, the savory cream... or the crumbled sausage on top. I couldn't figure it out. In the end I concluded that it was 'all of it'. Three completely different textures harmonize perfectly, and this is coming from someone who used to hate mushrooms - I am now converted!

I could see these being the hit of a party as well. They are so unsuspecting... but when you take that first bite, you will never look back.

Fresh outta the dehydrator!

The next item on the menu was the Al Dente Zucchini Pasta, with Mama Meat-less Meat Sauce.

Al Dente Zucchini Pasta, with Mama Meat-less Meat Sauce

I really love these recipes, because I find them SO EASY to prepare! This took me something like half an hour to make, and I have got to say, the taste was sensational. I followed Meredith's serving suggestion, and I served with some Zesty Italian Cheese on top. As well as looking impressive, this was also very filling.

Me becoming impatient and deciding to start eating

Whether you are new to raw or a seasoned pro, you have to taste this ice cream. It is completely indescribable - I can't even find words to explain the taste. Pure indulgence. I have tasted quite a few different ice creams in my time (raw and non raw) and I can actually say that this is the best ice cream in the whole wide world. Yes. I wasn't paid to say that, either, but I have to admit, I was gasping in shock as I ate it, it is that amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Pizzelle Ice Cream A.K.A The Best Ice Cream in the World

I am so impressed! I have truly had a feast, and the great thing is, these recipes are so easy (even for me with my terrible kitchen skills) with ingredients that don't cost the earth. They are so versatile that if you are missing one ingredient, it can often be very easily substituted. I am so eager to continue this feast and finish all the recipes in the book, and it is a possibility, because a lot of the recipes re-use other recipes in the book, verrry clever.

So what are you waiting for! If you are interested in purchasing a copy of the eBook which is only USD$11.11 (make a wish, haha), click here.

My Job, at Eternal Delight: Raw/Vegan café

This is the beautiful place where I work, known as Eternal Delight.

Front Counter

Food Cabinet. Yum!

I have always really loved the way they have painted words around the room, as you can see.

The view from where I sit

Today was insanely busy, but I managed to snatch a few minutes to myself when there was no one in the café, and take some pictures of my food, and of my surroundings.

The Counter

Here are all the goodies that are for sale, food, teas, superfoods, hydrosols, sauerkraut, cheeses, pesto (all raw and vegan)

For lunch I had a raw Italian burger. It was amazing - smooth cheese, crispy sprouts, crunchy greens, tomato, cucumber, and even a 'meat' patty! Ok, it didn't taste like meat, thankfully, but I really liked the way the burger was built like a burger, with the bread, cheese and meat. I loved it.

Black Forest Gâteau

This is another amazing dessert, the cream tastes so creamy, but without the cow, or the guilt. Plus the caramel sauce was just the best thing ever.

On another angle, you may notice that there are even grapes inside, oh wow!

Creamy Thai Mushroom Soup

I know what you're thinking, 'Felicity, do you actually do any work at that place?' Well, the answer is I do. But they offered that I try this, so how could I refuse? It was so rich and flavorful. Yes, the word I would use to describe this is definitely flavorful. As well as that it was very filling. But oh so good.

Also because today was really hot, I had a scoop of Coffee flavored ice cream! I didn't get a picture of it though, I forgot I had the camera with me, haha :D

They gave me some food to take home too, Pesto for my mum (who eats it like there is no tomorrow), another slice of Black Forest Gâteau, a slice of the Berry Cheesecake, and a roll of Sushi. Yay for my awesome dinner. Sadly the food was not in a photographable state after the dangerous bike ride home, and was beaten to a pulp, but it still tasted great.

Love,

I'm Back!

Hai!

I know I've been gone for ages, and I'm sorry ):

I have many reasons:
- I had school
- I was working
- The dog ate it
- I ate it

But I have many good newses to share with you guiz!

1. It's summer, we have many many raspberries, strawberries, and the other day a friend dropped over a HUGE box of cherries, YUMMMM.

2. I met another raw teeeeen!! Her name is Ashley, and I had been following her blog, after finding her on some forum that I was trolling for raw teens. I know I may sound like a bit of a freak, but I like to think that I can get away with it because I am 15, not 50. Anyway, she posted that she was coming to New Zealand, and I commented and asked where, and she said she was coming to the city that I lived in! I was so excited and we planned to meet, which we did, and we visited a raw café together and had a bit of a feast.

Mexican Salad which I had

Sushi, and Chocolate drink (formerly known as the Mayan Magic Chocolate)

The falafel that Ashley had

Ashley eating. Verrry... Sloooowly, haha.

Ashley radiated health and positivity, and she had beautiful clear skin.

Read her post about the occasion here, and be sure to follow her blog about her NZ travels here! On a side note, her pictures of New Zealand are amazing and capture it's full glory, so everyone come and visit me!

3. I haven't actually been trying many new raw foods recently, BUT we did buy a spiralizer just yesterday! It is very cool, and we are waiting on our first zucchini to make some damn good pasta!

4. I told a few people at work that I was vegan, (and I told one of them that I was actually a raw vegan). Anyway, the shop was quiet for a bit, and I sat down and yawned. My co-worker, bless her, asked me if I was iron deficient. If I was iron deficient how would I be able to bike 5.5km/3.4 miles twice (yes, I did look it up) in the sweltering heat? Maybe it was because I mentioned how I was slightly exhausted when I walked in, but it doesn't mean I need a steak?! I'm sure if I went in tomorrow and said that I had decided to eat meat a few times a week she'd leave me alone in a second! I'm not the most sporty person around, I used to be, but I just don't do that stuff anymore. But we don't own a car, so I have to do exercise all the time to get to places. Anyway, I'm pretty sure I ended up proving that I was far from iron deficient: I carried Christmas trees to peoples cars, and as a result, I have stabby stab marks up my arms. -__-

We sell Nutcrackers like these - they are my favorite!

5. My school year has ended for the year, no, that has nothing to do with raw foods, but I'm pretty stoked about it.

6. I was wondering, if anyone has any suggestions about topics for me to post about, PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME! I am looking for inspiration, and you may have noticed I have not posted for awhile. Sometimes I am not always financially able to post about recipes that I have tried, so if there are topics that you think I should talk about, let me know!

And that's about it I think.

Peace and raw food,
Felic Pear x

Exciting Updates!

Recently, I sort of lost my love of creating raw food at home. I still loved trying other people's raw food though. Just me, personally, had lost the excitement. There will always be good and bad people in the world, and I just have to try to not let them influence me. I shall explain further.

When I first started being raw I would eat cake and ice cream at every meal. I hadn't eaten that sort of thing in a long time, due to not eating sugar for 5 years. It may have been slightly unhealthy, but at the time I was new to raw, and the food tasted so good and was so good for me! I was feeling alive, happy, well, health issues went, and loving the fact that I could eat cake and not worry, because in fact I was losing weight!

Then I logged onto the internet (as you do). Big mistake. I felt like I was being shouted at by a million different raw food 'gurus', being told that what was feeling so good to me was completely wrong, and that I was going to die a slow and painful death (or words to that effect).

Of course, there were nice people online too, telling me that whatever I was eating was good because it was raw, and that everyone was different, and what may work for others was not specifically for me. But I couldn't shake other people's negativity.

But recently something great has happened! I'm back to my old self! I don't even know what it was, but suddenly I have that feeling in my stomach, a fluttering, that just makes me feel like that good things are going to happen! I've got that love of creating food back, and I have major plans!

So with this new positive mind, I logged onto Flikr, and created an account. Here is the link. I also spent my morning looking through the millions of raw recipes that I have, and decided on a few which I would like to create.

Today is also my best friend Josh's birthday, and I have decided on a great present, which I think he might possibly like. For those who don't know, Josh has been an amazing support during my raw journey, and is surprisingly open minded to raw foods. I'm lucky to have him as a friend, as a bonus he is hilarious. Happy birthday, Josh. :)

And even more exciting news, I tracked down the website for my favorite (ever) chocolate bar, ordered some bars, and I am going to review them when they arrive. If you want to order one or two feel free to email me at felic.pear@gmail.com. More information on that later though.

I would actually just like to do a review of one of my favorite blogs at the moment, Really Raw by Raederle. Her blog has so many features, a recipe section, articles, polls, q & a, etc! I really like it because I think a lot of her opinions she voices very fairly, but still comes to a healthy conclusion which supports raw living. You should definitely check it out!

I have found so many beautiful recipes that I would love to create within the next few weeks. So what if some of them are nut-based? You only live once, you may as well enjoy it.

What a pleasant surprise!

As you may have read here, I was at the 'Vegetarian Expo' on Sunday.

When I was there I bumped into one of my old friends who I hadn't talked to in about a year, Hayley.

Me and Hayley met in French class, and I have to say, she is pretty awesome!

So when I saw her I said Hi, and she said Hi, and we were both like :D

Then I wrote on her wall (this would be the Facebook wall. If you don't have a Facebook, you may not be down with the lingo), and said, "Hey, it was cool seeing you! We should meet up!"

This may seem incredibly boring to you, but keep reading, it gets better!

And she said, "Yes we should! Are you a vegetarian? I'm a vegan."

I was so amazed, I knew she also was quite sick last year and had to take time off school, but seriously! She's a Vegan?! I was amazed, so I wrote back straight away and told her I was Raw and that I was so happy that I knew someone around my age who was also 'enlightened'.

Today me, my mum, and my mum's non-raw-vegan friend went to lunch at a restaurant that serves raw food (as well as vegetarian and vegan), called the Lotus Heart.

I like this friend of my mum's, because she is really supportive of our raw veganism. It's about 50/50, some people like it, others do not, and argue about it. But this friend is cool, and she also paid for lunch...

This is what my mum and her friend had, I didn't have it because the rice paper it was wrapped in was cooked. It appeared to be similar to a Christmas present.

And my favorite, a Cookies and Cream drink! Because two photos are better than one :D

This is what I had, the Raw Nori Roll. I have had a few rolls in my time (that sounds slightly disturbing), and I have to say, this was a gooood roll. Very good indeed.

To go with it I had a Raw Couscous Salad. I think it was made up of cauliflower, brocolli, cilantro, and raisins.

And for dessert, (who doesn't have dessert with lunch?) I had a Chia Swirl, and a Mayan... Thing. I've forgotten what it was called! I think it may have been 'brick' or 'block' or something, but that just doesn't seem right. Memory fail!

Then, because I was so well behaved in public for a change (that was a joke), my mum's friend bought me a raw Chocolate Bar! I ate it before I could photograph it, but photographed the wrapper anyway, which was funky.

I have some very very very exciting news, this is possibly the best news I've heard in forever.
My beautiful friend Meredith from the raw seed is releasing a new eBook, Raw Italian Feast ! I am so excited! I have promised her I will write a review, and you will not be disappointed!

Meredith has already put out two eBooks, they are both amazing, they feature her beautiful food, and stunning photography. You can purchase them both here. But wait, there's more! The profits from these eBooks go towards Meredith and her husband Dustin's project, known as Bleu Bee, an old school bus which they are lovingly converting into a home which they plan to use to travel in all over and spread raw food as far as they can, which is totally worth supporting!

You can also make a donation by heading over to her page, and clicking on a link there.

I also got my university essay and test results back, 89% for the essay and 96% for the aural test. :)

Peace and Raw Food,
Felic x

Vegetarian/Vegan/Raw Expo 2010

So much fun! :D

The day started off with me meeting my BFFL Josh in town.

We had to walk a mile or two to get to the venue, but eventually... we made it! The day was like rly warm.

It was so crowded.

We walked through Hagley Park to get there. It was pretty cool, you gotta admit. There were blossoms on the trees, flowers scattered, sort of like a fairytale. It probably wouldn't be a fairytale if you had allergies though, then it would be a minefield.

But back to the soothing pictures.

The lol moment du jour was when me and Josh went up to a table to grab a free sample, and the lady was like, "Hey Gurlz!", and Josh was like, "Ahem. Excuse me?" and she was like, "Uh... and Guyz..." I laughed for the next ten minutes.

Food! Food was so tasty. Of course, I only ate the raw vegan stuff. I bought a bottle of Kombucha, too, 'cos I was so thirsty. But ew, it did not taste good. The stuff we brewed at home was so much better. (No offence to the guy who made it if you're reading this, though why would you be. Are you a stalker or something?!)

We had one each of these. On the left are Chia Swirls, and on the right are Chocolate Velvet Slices. They are even better than they sound!

I had a Lucuma Luxury drink. This is the drink stand.

I had a Quiche Lorraine. That sounds like a person's name, or is that just me?

Josh had a truffle, as usual. Because Josh always has a truffle. What am I getting Josh for his birthday in two weeks? A truffle.

Can you spot my mother, I mean, uh, Waldo? Chances are, you cannot.

Haha. Thar she is.

I had a slice of gateau as well, and me + mum halved a raw tortilla wrap.

The day was so great, perfect weather, great food, except for my mum constantly making inappropriate jokes in front of Josh. Just kidding, I do love you mum. :)

Peace and Raw Food,
Felic x

Where is Felic Pear?

Don't worry, here I am!

What have I been doing?

Trust me, it would not interest you at all. Study, Study, DVDs, and Study. Yes, you heard right, I've been studying! French, Latin, Economics, Music, University... Fun times.

I have been having lots of Green Smoothiez since we got the power back... Yumz! I was dying without them. I've been trying to save my skin with them, and slowly but surely it's coming back from the atrocious state it was in.

We have tap water back, too. Mmmm, it tastes so good. The moral of this horrible tragedy is "Absence makes the heart grow fonder". True words. I was surviving on a glass of water per day, it was horrible. Luckily I managed to stay Raw the whole time! At first I was eating way too much fat, which was not helping me at all. Then I switched to fruitarian, and when we got safe water from the aquifer back, fruitarian + green smoothies.

My mum has been making us the most amaaazing salads recently! I'm not big on salad, though if it is a nice salad, I will love it! The one's I tend to make for myself are usually a few leaves, and a carrot sliced up. So really, it is not an A+ with the salad.

Mmmm... This was so divine :D

In it was tons of varieties of lettuce, spinach, sauerkraut (which I will learn how to make!), pesto, cottage cheese (raw of course), avocado, carrot, and sprouted then dehydrated buckwheat. So, so, so, so good! My mum has skills!

We have also been drinking lots of Kefir. I love Kefir. And we've got the hang of making it, too. I think I will do a post on How to make Kefir, for those that do not know, as it is a highly beneficial drink.

When school eventually resumes to normal, I am planning on bringing in a slice of Meredith's (of the raw seed) Cheesecake in for my BFF Josh to try. Josh has been the spectator of my sickness, wheat intolerance, dairy intolerance, vegetarianism, and finally Raw Foodism over the past year. He has accompanied me to the raw vegan cafe many a time, and has sampled some Raw Foods, and concluded that, "Well, they're not all that bad, maybe they're even good." (Josh is a fussy eater...)

Here is my last effort, read here.

I'm actually bringing the Cheesecake in to mark the 100th word of the language that me and Josh have created this past year. I really love languages and learn as many as I can, Josh however, does not share this love. Josh does love to talk whenever he wants, interrupting whatever I'm doing, and he also likes to talk around people without them knowing what he is saying. (I think it's like that for everyone). So we created a language. And I've been promising to bring in a slice of cheesecake to mark the event. Stay tuned!

So that's what I've been doing. It's not really the most enthralling of activities, just life.

Peace and Raw Food,
Felic Pear x

24 hours away from Water Kefir happiness...

We started fermenting our Kefir Grains a day (or two) ago.

For anyone that doesn't know, Kefir is a grain that you ferment, and it is filled with healthy bacteria and goodness.

We found great tutorials and articles about growing and fermenting Kefir. I'm so grateful for the internet, it makes being raw so much easier. And everything else, as well.

...I'm sorry, I was just distracted by the full moon just outside my window.

Anyway... What was I saying again?

Kefir! Right, I found a great tutorial and post from GreenMomZoe's blog, but the Water Kefir post and Video are specifically here.

We're currently up to a 'stage two' fermentation. We added 1/4c orange juice to make an Orange Lemonade (kind of like Fanta, hopefully), and are letting it ferment for a further 24 hours. I tasted it, and it was sort of like Lemon Ice Tea, very nice :D

I hope to post the 'Slice of Happiness' Energy bar recipe soon. I'm still developing it. I brought samples to school for my friend Josh to try, and I think he liked them, but they still need improvement. I have managed to develop a Chocolate flavour and a Vanilla flavour! I really like both, but I need to add more sweetener I think. I'm not used to my food being very sweet.

So far we're 2 days into the new block at school. There are two blocks in a term, every 5 weeks. Every block we choose new classes to take. Anyway, I'm not really a bunker at school but I don't take many classes (we have quite a lot of freedom, I already attend University part time, and do some subjects that aren't offered by correspondence), but this block I picked a ton of classes, and so far my attendance has been perfect! Granted, it's only been 2 days. But I plan for it to continue! But with taking a lot of classes comes the most ridiculous amount of homework. I tell you, what a waste of time. For maths I have to find out all these name origins of measurements, for history I have to read 10 pages about WW2, for Health I have to keep a food journal (more on that!), for French I have to write about what I want to do when I 'grow up' AGAIN (I've already written it about 50 times), and for music I have to listen to a massive CD, and read complicated excerpts. I don't think I've ever had this much homework in my life.

So anyway, this block I'm taking a class on Nutrition! I know! As a Raw Vegan, I get to take a class on Nutrition, I felt like it was Christmas.

The first question the teacher asked the class was, "What is nutrition?"

Some skinny guy (drinking an energy drink): "It's, uh, getting, like, 5 vegetables a day and meat and..."

The next question: "Do you care about nutrition?"

The same guy: "Uh no."

Teacher: "Why not?"

Guy: "We've got fast metabolisms."

Everyone applauds.

That's actually quite common at my school. There aren't many fat people, and everyone eats badly, because clearly the crap is not going 'straight to the thighs'.

So I get to keep a food diary for the next few weeks, and the good news is that I'm sure I'm getting my 5+ vegetables per day.

My Week

I'm sorry I haven't posted for awhile. I have been really busy this week.

I made a nearly-the-end-of-week resolution last week, which was that I had to stay to the END of the school day, no matter what. I'd been coming home in the afternoons because I didn't have any classes on. So anyway, school took up a large part of my time this week. >:|

I invented 'Felicity's Slice of Happiness', my new Raw Energy Bar! (That's a good name for a blog, too.)

These are the plain bars, I made another batch with chocolate.

This may not be helpful to 811ers out there, but I'm going to be honest here, I need nuts and seeds to live! They may have calories, but they give me energy like nothing else out there, and it's the same for my mum. I drink my green smoothie daily because it helps keep my skin healthy, and gives me my daily dose of protein. However, if I don't have enough fats (like nuts, seeds, avocados) my body starts craving them, and if I don't have enough greens, my body starts craving them. So I'm still really learning about myself at this stage.

Back to the Slice of Energy! They are so great to bring to school, because they look just like the muesli bars that everyone else has. I will post a recipe when I manage to think of one, all I really did was throw lots of different kinds of nuts, some dates, raisins, and honey in the food processor.

With this lunch, I'd look just about normal!

On the subject of energy... I have been so active this week. My mum was borrowing a car from her friend (whose children she was cooking for), and had to give it back last week. Since it's been gone, my daily activity has gone through the roof, I've had to walk all over the place. Yesterday we had to walk back from the organic grocer's, which was probably about 3km. But I didn't mind, me and my mum got to have a good talk, we weren't polluting the already polluted planet, and got a large dose of Vitamin D.

Plus I went to the gym twice this week with my friend. I don't really like the gym, but there are times when I just feel like running and not stopping. Not that I did, I had a sore leg :(

I got into some pretty big debates this week, too, with one of my best friends, who wants to be a doctor. She believes doctors are the way, the truth, and the life. I don't.

I don't really like doctors much. When I went to the doctors, begging for help, they gave me some pills that did absolutely nothing, except for one of the pills, that did have the desired effect, but taking it wasn't very nice, I can tell you. I kept being told, "Come back in two weeks, and then..."

Of course, then I stumbled upon Raw Food, and so I didn't require a doctor any more.

In my interview at the raw seed, I mentioned that Cream o' Buckwheat, which is what I have for breakfast every morning.

I always add a Boysenberry in the middle, and a sprinkle of Goji Berries.

Everyday I think, 'I wonder if I'll ever get tired of this...', but then I take the first bite, (or spoonful?), and I know that I never will. Every morning I'm surprised by its amazing perfection. I will post a recipe for it this week.

A few weeks ago my mum bought me a super kwl black art book, because I really needed one to write all my raw food recipes in.

I have been slowly working on my eBook. I'm not sure when I'll 'officially' release it, though. I'm taking my time, I'm definitely not planning on doing a whole week of ice cream again! Don't get me wrong, it was heaven, but heaven should only be an occasional thing.

More exciting news! We are brewing some Kombucha and some Water Kefir! I LOVE Kombucha. They should be ready in... 8-10 days. That is so unfair how far away that is. The world could've ended by then.

We received our copy of Purely Delicious the other day. I've been reading it ever since. I love stuff like that! The raw food world is really expanding, now we just need a 24 hour TV channel.

And have a look at this video! If only they played it on TV, the young impressionable children would be so much better off...

I have quite a few recipes I want to post on here, so I will be posting in the next week hopefully!

And we're selling our microwave, which we haven't used for months. Now we store our crackers in that spot.

Love,
Felic Pear
